Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern services provided by Cofloz ("Cofloz", "we", "us") to clients ("you"). By engaging us or using cofloz.com, you agree to these terms.
Scope of work
Services are delivered according to a written scope agreed before work begins. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing (email is fine) and may change the price or timeline.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in each quote and invoice. Running costs for third-party software and SMS are paid directly to those providers unless agreed otherwise.
Accounts and ownership
Clients own their accounts with third-party tools. Systems are built in accounts you control, and you keep the workflows if you stop working with us.
Messaging compliance and consent
Clients are responsible for complying with messaging laws, including obtaining customer consent for text messages. This includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, carrier rules and similar laws. Our automations are designed to text only people who contacted the business first and include opt-out handling (STOP/HELP), but you are responsible for how your business collects consent and for the content you approve. See our SMS Terms.
Third-party providers
Cofloz is not liable for outages or changes made by third-party providers, such as SMS, email, CRM, calendar or hosting services.
Refunds and cancellation
Our refund and cancellation terms are part of these Terms:
Refund policy
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before build work begins.
Once work begins, the deposit covers completed work and is non-refundable. If Cofloz cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the portion of payment for work not delivered.
Monthly Care payments cover the current billing period and are not refunded for partial months.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel a project at any time by email. You will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly Care can be cancelled anytime by emailing hello@cofloz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cofloz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
