This Privacy Policy explains how Cofloz ("Cofloz", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit cofloz.com, contact us, use our services, or receive a text message sent through an automation we operate for one of our clients.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services:
- From clients and prospective clients: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your business.
- From people who contact a client business (for example, by calling a participating business and not reaching anyone, or by submitting a form): phone number, name if provided, the content of messages exchanged, and the time and date of the call or message.
- Basic technical data: our website host may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To deliver and support our services, including sending the automated replies and follow-ups our clients have set up.
- To send invoices and communicate with you about your project or account.
- To respond to requests, provide customer service, and keep our systems secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your information or your customers' information.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you agreed to receive. Mobile phone numbers are used only to send messages related to the call or inquiry you made and to process opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests. See our SMS Terms for details.
Third-party processors
Automations we build may process your customer data through third-party providers such as SMS, email, CRM and calendar services, subject to those providers' terms. These providers act on our or our clients' behalf to deliver the service (for example, sending a text message or storing a lead record) and are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing. Our website is served by a static hosting provider.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the services, meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Client business records are typically kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law afterward. Message and lead data in client automations is stored in accounts the client owns and is retained according to the client's settings. Opt-out records are kept so that we continue to honor them.
Your choices and rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email hello@cofloz.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. If your data is held in a client's account, we will help route your request to that business. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
